We use premium sealers blended with sand and rubberized additive to prolong the life of your asphalt surface; protecting against environmental and chemical damage. Sealer dries and cures to a black satin finish.

3 – C’s for a Successful Seal Coating Job

Cleaning – Surfaces are cleaned using a vacuum sweeper, gas powered brooms and air blowers. All grass is edged and oil spots are primed with oil primer.

Crack filling – All cracks are routed and or cleaned with wire wheel machines. All cracks are then torched to help adhere the crack sealant. Cracks are then filled and sealed with 3405 Hot Rubber Crack Filler which flexes to 20° F. Cracks are banded across 3” to 4”.

Seal Coating – 1 or 2 coats of premium sealer, sand and rubberized mix is applied using a spray wand or spray bar. Driveways can be hand brushed if preferred.
